Infrastructure Overview
The current environment is built around a 3-node Proxmox HA Cluster. Storage is managed by TrueNAS Scale using 3x8TB drives in a RAIDZ configuration, providing 1-disk fault tolerance and approximately 16TB of usable capacity. VM system drives utilize an NVMe iSCSI backend for high IOPS.
- Compute: 3-node Proxmox VE (HA)
- Storage: TrueNAS Scale (ZFS RAIDZ) + NVMe iSCSI
- Networking: 10Gb UniFi Core / UDM Pro
- Hardware Acceleration: RTX 3060 12GB (Local LLM inference via Ollama)
- Power: APC UPS 1500XLS (automated shutdown procedures)
